Bottle pour at Festival Bouffe, Bière & Boisson in Saint-Hyacinthe. Hazy golden yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of peach and pear soaked in white wine. Taste is softly sour mixed vinous stonefruit. Amazing

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity mix with lactic acid and smooth ground cherries, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at Les Insulaires.
