DESCRIPTION

This brew is a Superfan to the most popular beer style in the world… With this being our first pilsner we wanted something easy going. The pilsner malt and yeast leave a clean and crisp base to bring out the hop flavours. Hallertau Mittlefruh, Huell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria coming together to give a fruit and floral edge. Perfect for quenching your thirst at a gig.

can from boxbeer. clear light yellow, smooth white head. dry, slightly citrussy, slightly euro hoppy aroma. aroma reminds me of tuborg green. Flavor has less citrus, more sweet malts, some bitterness, decent pilsener, nothing wrong with it, but nothing special either. flavor is clean, hops are a bit too much herbal and metallic for my taste.

Can at home picked up from Clapton Craft kentish town. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a rocky white head. Aroma is semi sweet cereal grains, crisp, light apple, subltle leafy hop. Flavour is composed of semi crisp cereal grains, tart apple, soft white bread. Light lingering spicy hop. Palate is frothy carbonation with a crisp slightly tart finish. Nice

Can picked up at Freshfields Croydon. It pours clear yellow with a small foamy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, doughy white bread, touch of custard, candied lemon, melon and toasty grain. The taste is crisp, grassy bitterness, straw, cracker, white bread, pith lemon, honey dew melon, pear and peppery spice with a grassy finish. Light - medium body and average carbonation. Fine enough lager, but no game-changer.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the Bottle Shop, Bermondsey. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. Nice aroma, some simple cereal, pale grains, dough, straw. Lightly sweet, with mild bitter straw, doughy biscuits, more cereal. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Reasonably crisp on the finish, with just suggestions of grass, more straw, biscuits and cereal. Pretty basic. I wouldn't have guessed this has been dry hopped. But overall, rather enjoyable.
