Bottle from the Co-op in Davis, CA. Pours copper/amber with a decent beige head. Smells like roasted caramel with evergreen boughs. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Thins a bit as the carbonation leaves. Flavor is roast malt with evergreen sap. Could be some grassy hop. Sort of a Xmas Belgian. Very nice.

Draft. Rich amber-mahogony beer with no head. Some malt aroma, but nothing too strong. Honey flavor with some malt and spice. Easy to drink with a lingering sweetness and some low perception of hops.
