Draft. Almost black beer with a dark cream colored head. Light malt and light caramel aroma. Light caramel and light nutty flavor with light mineral notes and light chocolate. Medium-light bodied. refreshing. Chocolate and caramel lingers with light mineral tones. Easy to drink.

Tap at the brewpub. Very dark brown w/tan head. Aroma of dark malt. Medium body; frothy carbonation. Flavor is smooth dark roast malt. Bitter from the roast malt. Good schwarzbier.
