MN Ratebeer Winter Gathering, January 29, 2011. Orange color. Dry hops with a metallic, bloody flavor. Bad beer.

Bomber. Pours ruddy copper with a two-finger foamy beige head. Aromas of roast malt and mild hop. Near medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is slightly harsh roast malt with some decent bitter. Seems like grapefruit rind. The finish is primarily bitter. I’ve had IPAs that were less bitter. Not a killer brew, but a very tasty one. It has little spice/pepper notes. Goes down easy.
