Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of funky horseblanket, vinegar, wild fermentation, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of brettanomyces, caramel, and alcohol, as well as a lighter note of mold - but in a good way. The alcohol burns in the throat, but the body is light.

Tap at the Bistro BA Fest. Pours amber with no head. Aroma is oaky funk. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is oaky/funky. Really so. It is so mildly, decently soury, funky. And wonderfully oaky/woody.

18.7 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with no head. Dry phenolic and acetone aroma. Wooden and phenolic to acetone dry flavoured. Distinct malty note. Fruity and acetone flavoured finish. This is getting closer to salad vinegar than beer.

Draft at the Bistro’s BA Fest! Nose of caramel, brandy, and an apple note;clear light brown with a light ring of bubbles; flavor of tart apples, alcohol, and brett; tastes and smells more like an apple brandy than beer. Listed as 12% ABV at the Bistro.

Draft. Slightly hazy amber beer with an off-white head. Boozy, wheat, and malt aroma. Boozy, wheat flavor with white wine fruitiness. Medium-plus bodied. Wheat, yeast, white wine linger with alcohol.
