[ As Boxing Cat Workday IPA ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hay, straw, pale malt, hop bitter, light caramel. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grape, pine and orange. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus, grape and pine finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
