What do you do with a glut of noble hops? Recklessly pack them in, 5 pounds per barrel at a time, into a light pale ale! Summer in Hallertau is a noble hop experience like no other beer you’ve had. A medium-light body with a slight toast character hides in the background, while German Hallertau and Czech Saaz are front and center. It’s grassy, slightly woody, and surprisingly fruity with hints of orange and tangerine.

Gold with a creamy, white head. Pleasant floral aroma. Crisp, bitter taste. Medium-bodied, good chewiness. Very drinkable. Nice!

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden with a small off-white head, good lacing. Cereal, dough, citrus zest. Easy drinking, clean.
