4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Mostly clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of gin, herbs, light apple. Tastes of gin, herbs, citrus, light floral, some tart apple. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Pretty tasty.

On tap at the Deciduous Anniversary Party Fairly clear deep golden color. Tart lemon on the nose and little else. Fairly crisp light and tart more like a berliner than a Saison. Good, but I like their grisette a whole lot more.

Draft pour at Churchkey for the Night of the Living Ales event. Poured a golden orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light citrus, light tartness in there. Flavor was light malts, light orange with some lingering tart notes on the finish.

Draught at Oxbow on 10/21 and 10/22/16.
Clear, brassy-gold with a light copper tint. White head atop is large but falls to cover quickly.
Very tart, lactic and mousey aromas. Hamstercage is certainly not out of the question. Lemony-orange citrus notes perk things up and there is light biscuit and cereal character below it. Light brett adds only a hint of lime and band aid. Perhaps some sulfur in there as well... No alcohol or flaw.
The funk continues in the flavor, as the farmy, funky, old wool blanket character is strong here. Stone fruit and lemon tartness brighten things somewhat and there is a soft, wheat-like texture with light, but engaging carbonation. Grows quite tart and there isnโt much, if any, malt sweetness to stop it. Very dry with strong wood tannin-like nuttiness. Maybe a bit bland and horsey/mousey/hamstercagey, but itโs light and drinkable and nearly everything I like about Oxbow beers. My friends, much like the previous rater, didnโt care for it much, but I thought it was great and had quite a few full pours.

Tap at Churchkey into a snifter showing well filtered honey with no head. The nose shows notes of hamster cage and light orange. The palate is moderately carbonated and light bodied. Flavors of light malt with citric orange and a light zestiness on the finish. Moderately tart notes on the finish.
