Reviewed from notes.
On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT on 08/26/2017.
Poured into a tulip.
Appearance: cloudy yellow pale color with a quickly dissipating frothy white head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: light Brett/sour notes, some citrusy hop tones, light oak sweetness with rounded tones of some mineral water then sweet woody aspects
Flavor: leads with a subtle sweetness then a light tart and sour fusing from under; finishes somewhat citrusy sweet with an ample tart to sour brushing
Texture: light to medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; some smoothness to it
Overall: nicely done saison I'd be willing to partake in again.

4 oz. draft sample at York River Landing. Almost clear gold. Aroma is so subtle; oak, lactic acid, and lemon. Flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma. Refreshing on a warm fall afternoon!

On tap at Oxbow, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast and some funky notes. Flavour is quite tart, with sour citrus notes, light funk and wild critters. Not so well-balanced - it's rather abrasive and lacking cohesion. Okay.
