Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Taihu Occam's Razor ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, cookie, moderate hoppy, citrus, sweet fruit, light grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, cookie, pale malt, fruity hops, old hops, earthy hop notes. Tap, sample. Tasted on the 12/05/2017 at MBCC (Copenhagen). Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, orange and malts. Taste is almost the same with a light hoppy finish. Very slightly bitter finish. Next one please!
