33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #194: BBE 16.5.2023. Rated on 17.12.2022 Aroma has odd raw bun dough tones and mild floury apples. Flavour has ripe-ish apples, some flour and green apples. Messy and watery.

Taster at the brewpub. Hazy, straw colored. AROMA- apple, fermented, sour. FLAVOR- dry, sour, sour apple, yeasty. Medium bodied. Average.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 27.04.2021, from the brewery, 20201016) The cider poured golden and cloudy. Its head was small, fizzy and white. Aroma had apple juice, tartness and apple peel. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were apple juice, tartness, sourness and fruitiness. Aftertaste was tart. A pleasant tart cider with good balance.
