(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours a hazy pale yellow with a little white head. Notes of sour lemon, gooseberry, light pale malt, wood, soft floral qualities, herbs, touches of salt, soft Brett, lightly sweet too, rather dry into the finish. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Liked the floral salty quality here, pretty well balanced if a touch more sour than optimal for me. Solid one.

Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Toolbox Unite Expressions ].ABV: 5.7%. Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, tart, fruity, sulfur, lemon and gooseberry tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, fruity, pale malt, sweet malt, lemon and gooseberry tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. On tap at the brewery pours out a pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is great big hibiscus sweet fruit notes some sour barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice hibiscus fruit great sea salt note. Wow this one killed it.

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - pours golden amber with white head. Tart lemon and gooseberry accents, light malty, oak wooden nuances, barnyard, lots of floral and herbal action into the tart fruity finish.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grainy, weeds, hay, minerals, soda powder, grain, paper, grass, flowers, berry skin, oak, hints of popcorn. Taste is sour-ish dry, soda powder, sorrel, unripe berries, citrus acid, minerals, grain, oak, berry skin, paper, fruit salt, fruit stones, mild vinegar. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Draught at MBCC Blue Session. Misty grey-golden body, missing head, minimal lacing. Dry and sour lemony nose. Citrus and gooseberry flavours. Fruity tartness to the ending. Drinkable, not my favourite taste though. (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).
