Cask at the Pembury Tavern, London on 4th February 2011. Clear copper with short-lived off white nonlacing foam. Sweet aroma - malty and some yeastiness and earthy pungency. Caramel malt initially in-mouth but this changes to smoke, bitterness and delayed hops. Sweetish round fromt of mouth; changing finish. Smooth mouthfeel, slightly sticky and clingy out front.
