Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 7.5
Cask at the Sair Inn, Linthwaite on 19th February 2011. Pale yellow with a white head. Citric and yeast notes in aroma then quite citric lemony main kick. Slightly grainy, bumpy texture. Lemony finish.
