Sour Brandy Ale offering a great complexity of elegant and powerful aroma. It has great taste from the cognac barrels balanced with suitable acidity. This special sour taste has emerged on the basis of 30 month of aging on Cognac barrels.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Golden coloured, minimal white head that went away fast, mix of white wine and mead in the nose. White wine, light meat, touch of barrel and acidic finish. Not so pleasant nor easy to drink.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Marko, shared with Ogi and him. Unclear golden to amber, minimal head. Aroma is intensely vinous, corker wine, mead-like. Hints of cheese, vinegar and stale bread. Sharp, gluey, meaty, cardboard. Vinous flavour, berries, sharp cheesy sourness. Some caramel in the back. Tart finish. Messy and failed on many levels.

0.33l bottle, huge thanks H! Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Huge boozy paintish barrel aroma, sour, bit of peat weirdly, or some vegetal notes. Lean, dry, acetic and peaty taste, some brandy / dried white grape touches, and paint. Suitable acitidy? No, out of balance. Nah, no, sorry, just didn't work for me at all.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the brewery a few weeks ago. Batch WB 0078, BB 09/27.Copper in the glass, slightly cloudy. No real head. Sweet wine and cognac with apricot on the nose. Taste starts boozy, cognac, malt present in the second row. Not as tard as expected. Oily at the palate. Pale malty to the end. No carbonation.
