A collaboration with Astère's Tom Ballerin (Best France's Barista 2019), we added Brazilian and Indonesian Coffee to this brew to add some cereals and biscuits notes (as if there wasn't enough before) and some subtle funky acidity.
And yes we pourred espressos all night long...

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Bottled 330ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Black coloured, small brown head, coffee and alcohol in the nose. Roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, noticable alcohol and light wood with roasty finish. Boozy but nice.

33 cl bottle @ Fuengirola. Bottled 12/2022, BBE 12/2024. Rated on 22.08.2023 Aroma has sweet licorice and coffee. Flavour has licorice and coffee, turning into salty licorice. Also some soy sauce and sweet malt. Warming alcohol in the finish. Good, drinkability could be better though.
