First brewed to celebrate the opening of our friends bar in Brooklyn (called Lake St.. of course!) Brewed with black wild rice this is one smooth black IPA, light and bursting with flavour.

Cask @Tree Folk’s (Rome). Pours brown with a medium off-white head. Aroma is hoppy with roasted malts notes, grassy, mocha. Flavour is well balanced, light malty with a decent bitter end. Medium body, medium carbonation. Ok.
