Border Hopper is an collaboration between the brewers at Fanø Bryghus in Denmark and Simian Ales in Germany. This spring ale is brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops provide a beautiful and light fruity flavor. Balanced and sensible, Border Hopper is a throwback to a simpler time. A time when the notions of travel and collaboration were thought of as strengths and their results were enjoyed as rewards. So please raise a glass and toast with us so that those days might soon come again!

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lively and frothy white head. Aroma is pretty dead, what appears like old hops (BBF 31.03.18). Medium body, sweet caramellish malts, again unfresh hops and a bitter finish. Some hoppy beers hold up well, this is not one of them. 200917
