Bottle from Yichang beewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are candy sugar, malt, dried fruits, hops and has a sweet fruity warming finish.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. From Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Pours dark hazelnut brown with minimal head. Aroma is toffee, plummy, yeast, nut, dried fruits, fig, slight medicinal edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. One of the more interesting Chinese beers I’ve tried.

ABV: >10.5%. Hazy medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, candy, sweet yeast, light phenol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, phenol, sweet yeast, sweet malt, caramel, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming.
