Aus der Flasche im 2020-07 getrunken. Dieses Porter hat eine beige Schaumbildung und ein typischen Antrunk. Ein guter Begleiter zu Essen mit kräftigen Körper.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Bøllingsø Porter ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, cocoa, light wood - blackcurrant. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, cellery, chocolate, roasted, wood - blackcurrant. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a light brown head. Sweet licorice aroma. Rich, sweetish and filling body, again licorice notes, rounded, no harsh roastiness. Very classic and old style, tasty and smooth. 280217
