Bottle: Poured an amber/golden color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with some peppery yeast ester is quite neticing. Taste is also a great mix between rustic malt notes with some dry peppery ester with a super dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Solid saison with high drinkability, balance and complexity.
