Draught@HBF2017. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, fruits, some wood and mild parfumed notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, metallic, some earth and mild sweet malts to it.

Draught @ HBF 2017 [ Helsinki Beer Festival 2017 ], Kaapelitehdas, Talberginkatu 1, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Reload Urban Drifter ].Unclear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, light hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, light earthy fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Mild smell of sour apple, yeast, some hops. Smell resembles berliner weisse. Hazy dark amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of straw, paper, some hops and grass. Earthy finish. Bitter, non-pleasant palate. Half flat carbon. Feels a bit flawed.

330ml bottle from Pien. BBE 09/2017. Pours dark orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of tart and sourish berries, malts, hints of herbal notes. Taste is stingy, tartish and slightly sour with some berries, malts, herbal notes and caramel. Finish is crisp, hoppy and tartish with some hints of bretta, leather and yeast. Feels a bit off.

Tap @ hbf 2017. Poured amber color with a thick white head. Crisp fruity, yeasty aroma, minerals and some apples. Flavor has hops, malts, some earthy notes, mild apple notes as well.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 09-2017, from Pien, 20170406) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spiciness, fruitiness and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were caramel, fruitiness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A pale ale with confusing lager like characteristics.

Bottled 330ml (Pien)
Hazy amber color, small white head. Aroma has pine, tangerine, some less pleasant yeasty notes too. Light-bodied. Some fruityness, mango, pine, berries, ok bitterness in the aftertaste. Same time a bit watery (as it is only 4.2 %) and kind of "homebrewish". Lacks fresh fruit & hop bite even it is quite fresh sample as this is one of the first brews from UG Brewery.

Aroma has citrus fruits and worty tones. Also some strawberries. Flavour has odd bretta tones, straberries, urinal cake citrus fruits, minerals and some tropical fruits. A bit odd but not completely bad. Something tells me that all these aromas here were not intentional though.

Bottle 0.33l at Bier-Bier, Helsinki. BBE 09-2017. Colour is cloudy deep orange (very nice colour!) with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, tropical fruits, orange, hops and malts. Pretty strong flavors for this ABV. OK it’s fresh but also little bit of musty. Love to try this from on tap someday.
