375mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is complex, with lots of white wine skins, some ice wine grape skins, and bugginess. Flavour is along the same lines, with Riesling grape skins, ice wine character, lots of bugs and gentle funk. Really nice expression from the grape skins and mixed well with the farmhouse funk. Buggy and vinous finish. Excellent.

Tasting at Phill's, bottle
Light blond colour, light haze. Very nice aroma, original, vanilla cake, passion fruit, sweat, rubber. Moderately tart, but with underlying sugars, light funky character, white wine, softer and sweeter in the finish. Excellent.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a spritzy white head with no retention or lacing. Aroma of grapes notes with light dry Brett notes with some light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of dry Brett notes with some light residual sugar notes and grapes with light vinous finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting mix of flavours but great balance between flavours and more attenuation would help improve this beer.
