0.75l bottle, huge thanks Hrabren, Dina and the anonymous benefactor at the Beauvais airport! Just "Cidre", nothing else was specified. Clear golden body, no head. Bit of a sourish fermented apple vibe, fairly clean, slightly sugary apple notes. Smooth lean sweetish apple taste, bit leathery perhaps, good carbonation, bite, some tea-like notes. Simplistic but quite drinkable stuff!

As Le Verger de Giverny Cidre. 0.75 l bottle found and stolen from Beauvais Airport. Shared with little Dina and Marko. Clear dark golden, small off-white head. Aroma is ripe apple, apple skins, cream cheese and soft hints of spice, such as cinnamon. Flavour is sweet tannic ripe apple, moderate carbonation, sweet honey. Smooth and slightly sticky with a medium sweet finish.

Brut. 750 bottle c&c. Pours orange gold with a fizzy, fluffy white head. Fresh, dry apple aroma. Firm body, frisky carbonation. Dry. Woody. Apples of a golden sort. Delicious. [mis en bouteille a la ferme]
