On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a hazed orange to amber hued body with a small white head that lasts. Aromas are big, floral, citrus, dank hop aromas. Light caramel and some alcohol. Medium-light esters. Flavors are dank, tropical fruit, slightly over ripened fruit. Noticeable alcohol. Medium sweetness and caramel. Grassy finish. Medium to fuller body. Finishes medium dry and with medium to light bubbles. Just a bit too sweet for my tastes. I enjoyed DANKness more!

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, hops, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and hops.

Draft at the Bistro DIPA Fest. Nose of pine and citrus hops. Lightly hazy dark gold with a medium glass lacing off white head. Flavor is bitter with a smalll amount of contrasting sweetness.

On tap. Clear deep golden with a small, off-white head. Fat and intense peachy hops in the nose. Medium body, lightly sweet caramel and fruit. Rather delicious hopping in the finish with a solid bitterness. 120709

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small and dense white head. Aroma is solid hops fruity, distinct malt base note too. Sweet malty and nicely hops fruity in a good balance. Clear alcohol presence based on the full mouthfeel of this beer. Not so present in the flavour, slightly there in the far finish and minor throatburn.

Listed as IIMAX at the brewpub. Draft. Rich amber beer with a big dark cream colored head. Big ruby grapefruit and sumemr fruit aroma. Grapefruit and tropical fruit flavor with pine and malt backing. Nice bitterness. Medium-plus bodied. Grapefruit lingers with tropical fruit , pine, and some malt. Great flavor.

IMAXX per the appended beer menu - Apollo hops are featured in this well balanced Imperial IPA. - On tap at the brewpub. This 9.0% ABV brew pours deep gold to copper with lasting bright white head and moderate lacing. It has a solid aroma of mango, tangelo and apricot with lighter hints of pine and sweet maltiness. For the style it is smooth and very easy drinking, dangerously so! I get thick rich malts mingling well with pine, grassy and grapefruit hop bitterness. The hop level is spot on for the style, i.e. not pushing the envelope in an envelope pushing style. Frikin’ tasty though.

Tap at Bistro DIPA festival. Light amber color with a slight off-white head. Nice piney aroma. Strong resin flavor over malt. Could be a touch of citrus. It is harshly lush! Get it if you can. Wonderful clean hop finish.
