Bottle, 6.4%. Vinous and bready aroma, reminds me of a German Roggen, not surprisingly. Dark brown colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is quite powerful, sweetish with a hint of salt. Fruity and vinous with an estery yeast flavour. Has a late salty, bready and citric aftertaste with hard roasted coffee and chocolate notes.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - dark brown pour with beige head. Toasty and roasted aroma and taste, caramel, chocolate, lots of rye, finishes sweet.

Small beige head. Clear deep dark red body is just barely translucent. Roasty earthy mealy aroma with fruity rye notes. Dry-sweet roasty earthy rye taste with banana candy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, fizzy mouthfeel. Dryish roasty banana and minerals aftertaste with fruity rye and chocolate notes. Very vivid and full of flavour. A bit rough round the edges, but worth it. (0.5l bottle, from SuperBrugsen, Copenhagen.)

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty and breadish. Bitter, breadish and roasted dark malty. Dry and breadish finish.
