Tap at the source. Pink/red pour, with no head. Aroma is tart wheat, and a soft frutiness, can't say its screams out prickly pear, it's a very subtle flavour. Mouth feel is thin, carb is very low. Finish is tart, with a bit of fruity zing and some acidity.

A ruby red gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cactus pear, water melon, light apples, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity mix of lemon, watermelon, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Lupulus.
