Bottle at home in London - picked up at the London Brewers’ Market. Pours clear, deep copper-gold with a dense, creamy topping; looks outstanding. Lightly toasted bread in the aroma, some leafy hops, cereal grains, dried berries. Light sweet flavour with further subtle, leathery berry character, more toasty cereal, bread, faint citrus rind. Light bodied with fine carbonation and silky texture. Nicely balanced in the finish, with more bready malt character, light leafy and husky bitterness, a hint of alcohol, dried fruits. Enjoyable stuff.
