Very pale, hazy. Some funk, some apple, touch of spices. Dry mouthfeel, well cabonated; there is some ginger, soap, flowers.

750ml @ Matt's parents' place with a scenic view. Appearance: cloudy blonde with a white head. Aroma: very fresh with a lot of elderflower notes and funk. Taste: along the same lines, moderately acidic. Overall: very prominent flower character here, but it's probably overwhelming.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy pale gold with minimal white head and just a touch of sediment. Elderflower, gold plum, apple skin.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is moderately acidic, with low-level funk, elderflower, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is full of apple core, crisp apple skins, and gentle floral notes. The plums are there, but very buried. Not much funk or complexity, but there are some nice elements here. Good.

(On tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Sept 26/19) Pours pale gold with a small white head. Notes of lightly tart yellow plums and subtle pale apples with moderate elderflower and fresh herbs, light fruit skin tannin bittereness, drying and fairly mineral into the finish with a decent amount of finishing elderflower herbal brightness. Light bodied with average carbonation. As an elderflower lover this was a little more subtle than I'd hoped but well-balanced and very pleasant to drink.

Bottle at the Carnival in Amsterdam. Pale water-liked golden color, some bubbles initially. Nose: elderflowers, thyme, orange peel, fruity. Mouth is frizzy, dry, a bit tart but easy.

A pale blonde cider with a thin white head. In aroma, tart apples, light Brett, plums, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with light acidity, light plums, light Brett, very nice. Cask Days 2018.
