Draft pour to a tulip, enjoyed at The Wheelhouse. Super light and refreshing berliner. Pale gold pour, clean and clear. Thin oily fizz head. Tastes more like peach than grapefruit. Perhaps that is the accident? If so it's a nice one. A touch on the tart side. Slight bite, with a wheat lingering finish. Crisp, refreshing, unique. Its peach.

A hazed pale blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, light lemony notes, light Epsom salts, OK. In mouth, a light tart lemon malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light acidity, OK. On tap at brewery.
