On tap at Marble, pours a clear bright pink with a small faded pink head. Aroma is fairly subtle, with herbal cactus-y notes and light salt. Flavour is tart and citrusy, with lots of prickly pear, light salt and bright citrus. Bright, nicely tart and just salty enough. Excellent gose.

Red with a minimal, white head. Aroma full of berries and berry jam. Taste is mildly sour the whole way through. Refreshing but fairly simple.
