Tap. Pours clear dark red with a small pinkish white head. Aromas of red grapes, oak, esters, vanilla, acetic acid. Taste has lots of red grapes, light oxidized notes, oaky sweet notes, lemon juice, light grainy.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy fairly dark red with a pink-white head. Notes of red wine, sour grapes, tart red berries, lactic touches, light vanilla, oak, prominent but rounded acidity, soft spicy fruit pit/wood/yeast quality, light funk, quite dry in the finish, tannic, grape skins and oak. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Quite a nice red wine sour, not ridiculously complex but well-put-together and drinkable.

On tap at Toolbox, pours a cloudy bright red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of red wine, tart red grapes and wood. Flavour is complex as hell, with a wonderful red wine character, tart red berries, tart red grapes and wood. Love the red wine character. Excellent.

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp pink color. Nose is nice sour tart berries and a little jam kick. Tatse is more of the nice barrel funk sour berries wow.
