(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Lightly hazy pale gold pour with a white head. Notes of lemony acidity, citrus zest, some fresh grass, straw, wet concrete minerality, slightly sweet pale malt core, yeast, light barnyard funk. Balance is light sweet and light tart, relatively dry overall, with a very dry and lightly woody finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Not particularly flashy, but I thought it was well-blended and quite solid.

[ As Toolbox La Cuvée Concorde ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, barnyard, farmyard, grapes, yeast, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, farmyard. citrus - citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170513] 7-3-8-3-15
