Draught@Tuulensuu, Tampere. Ambery brown colour with a small foamy off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel malts, toffee, mild herbs, wood and some juniper to it. Flavour is quite much following the pattern of the aroma, but is fermented until rather dry, which is a nice twist to it.

Sample at HBF2019, Helsinki. Color is very cloudy orange with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Syrup, sweetness, some honey, some juniper and malts. OK easy sahti.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 16/03/2019 at Barcelona Beer Festival 2019, (L´Hospitalet, Spain). Cloudy orange colour with no head. Aroma is banana, elderflower, yeast and grains. Taste is banana and yeast leading to an astringent finish. Peculiar brew and peculiar style. Next one please!

Plastic container @ Tuulensuu as "Ihmistykinkuula Barcelona Beer Festival Edition". Aroma is quite mild with some tart orange notes and malt. Flavour has orange juice, gastric acid and some malt. Somewhat contaminated.

(Poured from a jug at Ota Olut 2017) The beer poured reddish brown and cloudy. No head. Aroma had juniper, malts, banana and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, juniper, malts, saltiness and low bitterness. Aftertaste had juniper and sweetness. Craft beer Helsinki. Poured light brown in color. Almost no head. Aroma has ripe banana, wheat, mild spicy notes. Flavor has spices, ripe banana, wheat, sweetness. Pretty tasty.
