Draught @ Pikkulintu. Aroma has resiny malt and mild berry juice. Flavour has resiny malt, minerals, some fruits and sweet berries. Delicious.

Tap at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Colour is clear dark orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Caramel, harshness, some piney hops, hops and malts. Very typical Maistila beer, flavors are strong and body is very good but overall feeling is confusing.

Draught @ Pikkulintu. Pours dark reddish with a smooth head. Aroma of caramely malts, pine, hints of berries and hops. Taste is smooth, slightly malty and caramely with some pine, herbal hops, resin and grass. Finish is malty, herbal hoppy and grassy with some pine, resin and caramel. (Keg at Pikkulintu, 20161116) The beer deep ruby red and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, fruitiness and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, caramel, grass, hint of berries and bitterness that dried the finish pleasantly. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. A brew that left a mixed feeling. Nice to drink but there were sudden off-flavours.
