Tap at OtaOlut, Espoo. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Dryness, fruits, berries, some sourness and some sweetness.

Draught @ Ota Olut! Aroma has grapefruit and earthy tones. Also sour cream. Feels like a berliner weisse. Flavour has sour cream, some green apples and sweet fruitiness. Closer to a berliner than saison.

Draught @ Ota Olut! Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of earthy notes, gooseberries, tartness, hints of vinous wood, sourcream and lactic notes. Taste is earthy, funky and tartish with some hints of lactic sourness, earthy notes and oak. Finish is sweetish, lactic and slightly tart with hints of earthiness and farmyardy notes. A bit strange.
