From its thick pillowy head expect aromas of peach, oranges and a hint of sappy pine. Simcoe leads in our house IPA backed up with peachy esters from London ale iii yeast and citrus undertones from the Cascade and Waimea.

0.2 l on tap at '100 pív'. A bit hazy, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity-grassy aroma of pineapple, grains, some straw and a touch of butter. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather fruity, slightly grassy and a bit herbal taste of lemon, pineapple, some grains and a touch of ginger, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry, and quite grassy finish with a herbal touch. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay, quite unusual, not exactly how I like my Ales.

Bottle from the Brewery online shop. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of heady resinous hops, pine, marmalade. Taste is more of the same, quite a chunk of crystal malt. Sweet finish.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden-amber with a small head. Strong tasting, making its tropical fruitiness slightly overbearing.
