Draught @ Bryggeri Helsinki. Aroma is sweetish with ripe bananas, some toffee and fruity hops. Flavour has strong gooseberry bush -like hops, licorice, ash and hints of toffee. Also some fruity yeast tones after some sips. Finishes floury with milky tones. Hops hide the character of weizen quite completely here. Luckily the hops are pleasant and drinkability is great.
