Clear amber colour, off-white head. Hoppy aroma, passion fruit, pine. Sweet malty flavour, bitter hops. Fruity finish.

Aroma is light with some hops and caramel. Palate is rather flat with CO2. Flavour has caramel, hops, mild strawberry notes and toffee. Also grapefruit. The aggressive notes are nice but that is quite all this beer has to offer for me.

on tap deep amber giod head citrus noso with caramel malt medium full body resinius almost balanced ambrato carico buona schiuma buona persistenza agrumato malto caramello buon corpo bel amaro a bilanciate il dolce discreto resinoso

17/10/2013 Bir&Fud Bottega (tap). Ambrata carica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianco sporca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso agrumato deciso, leggero fruttato, note di malto presenti. In bocca ha una base di malto importante e un amaro che pian piano vien fuori, buon equilibrio nel complesso, davvero niente male. Corpo medio- alto, carbonazione media. Una buona double IPA, non il mio genere di birra, ma senza dubbio ben fatta.
