Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2017 [ The 42th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 10th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Tom Herrick Black Lace ]. ABV: 4.2%. Clear dark brown colour with a small to small average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, coffee - roasted, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, wood, dark malt, roasted, roasted - coffee, vinegar. Tried at the Newark Beer Festival 2017. Deep cola colour with a tan head. Light chocolate aroma and taste. Medium body
