That’s lovely. The vanilla and the rye blend wonderfully giving it in a bit of a root beer flavor.

375ml bottle thanks to Steve pours out purple blue color. Nose is nice sweet vanilla cream blueberry honey and some barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet vanilla cream blueberry goodness rich end.

A deep dark burgundy red mead with aroma of blackberries, vanilla, honey, very nice. In mouth, a wonderful mix of blackberries, honey, clover field, light wooden notes, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. On tap at brewery.

Rye juice, legit rye blended up and juiced or whatever you'd do to bread. Boozy though.
