A dry, continental style cider made with a blend of 6 apples from our orchard. This cider is aged "on the lees" which imparts a complex nose and flavour profile which distinguishes it from our British style ciders. Due to the nature of wild ferments, the wild yeast found naturally on apples have a bigger influence in Funkhaus, meaning there is more variation barrel to barrel than of our other ciders.

Draft at Bar Lupulus. Clear golden yellow color, edge bubbles. Aroma of dried leaves and apple skins. Taste has apple, vanilla, lemon, mistly dry. Very tasty

A golden cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam with apple skin, light Brett, light cork, nice and refreshing. Bottle from Ottawa's Farmers market at Lansdowne. Ottawa farmer
