Tap at beer bistro. Clear yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is quite hoppy, but very pine forward. Big notes of resin with alot of grass and subtle citrus rind. Body and Mouth feel are right in. Finish is quite bitter, and big on pine. As it warms some sweetness rears it’s head with some catty aromas and flavours from what I can assume is an abundance of centennial hops. Decent.....

This IPA poured a amber colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, pine and cooked veggies. First swig was quite hoppy with flavours of light pineapple, grass and a little honey. Finish is bitter to the point of astringent. Just another over hopped beer.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with resinous floral hops, light, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light resinous hops, light mineral notes, not bad. On tap at The Wooly, Guelph.
