A pale blonde perry with a thin white head. In aroma, nice brett pear pulp mix with light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet pear juice with light Brett notes, light cork, light residual sugars, very nice. On tap at Bar Lupulus.
