Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, funk, little salt, fruits and has a nice sour finish.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours pale yellow with a white head. Notes of pale grainy/wheat malt, lactic lemon, light sweet citrus, vague sweet fruity/juicy notes that are surely persimmon but light on character, grassy hops, wet hay funk, Light sweet with a little tartness, relatively dry into the finish, watery overall. Light thin body, soft carbonation. Didn't feel so much persimmon, which I love as a fruit when ripe, and generally too light overall for my taste.

[ As Fonta Flora Fuyu ].Unclear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light tp moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, fruity notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, pale malt, tart notes, fruity ala kiwi - mango - citrus (asume that is the persimmon fruit).
