750ml corked and caged from the brewery. Hazy Copper pour, with a large off white head. Aroma is very metallic , with a strong cork smell. Woody, some light fruit, and hints of wet hay and lemon. Decent tartness, low bitterness, wet, funky hay flavour, pale malts, ripe fruit, light zest. Interesting beer.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coconut, light vanilla, light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. Bottle at Sébastiens birthday party, April 14 2018.
