A traditional German stein beer. Hot granite is used to assist the boil, which adds a smokey caramel flavour to this already complex beer

Clear deep amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Good fine carbonation. Fluffy semi dry malts, thin creamy sweetness. Whisper of smoke. Pretty tangy fruits, little lemon. Light semi dry finish. Not bad.
