(Bottle) Pours hazy ruddy light brown with small white head. Hibiscus aroma with metallic hints. Light body with good carbonation. Nicely sour with pleasant fruity notes at the start with some burnt sugar bitterness developing later in the palate. Unusual and pleasant.

Bottle from BEER:shop, Hitchin. Pours fizzy but without developing any head, orange amber in colour. Aroma of sweet and sour fruits, grain, touch jammy and caramelly. Light sweetness, medium tart sour and bitters. Light to medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.

Cask gravity at the open day at the brewery. A hazed plummy pink coloured pour with no head. Aroma is grain store, hint of stale grains, wheat, tart plum, hint of alcohol, pinch of tart raspberry. Flavour is composed of tart underipe plum, raspberry, little floral character, woody, little oxidation , wheat, pinch of sourness. Palate is medium light , lowish carbonation, tart, grainy. Interesting.
