Cask at the 28th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours dark amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hop, fruit, caramel and very well hidden chocolate. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Finish is dry with a soft milky chocolate edge.

Pours an almost clear amber colour with a medium sized lasting off white head. Aroma is malt but with some spicy hops and a touch of boiled vegetables, you do get the chocolate after it has had a chance to settle. Not sure I?d call this a mild, spicy hop bitter taste throughout, some light caramel with a medium body and finish.
